Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., PayFast, Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.
Full payment must be received before order processing begins.
Custom or branded orders may require design approval and are non-refundable once approved and in production. You are responsible for verifying all artwork, spelling, and branding specifications.
We offer nationwide delivery in South Africa via third-party couriers. Delivery times vary based on order volume and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery information provided by you.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping error. All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@coconutcreativebrands.co.za.
Customised or branded items are non-refundable unless faulty.
